Reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics and Application Support, the Clinical Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing several ONE HITS teams: Clinical Documentation, Emergency Department Management, Surgical Services, Physician Systems, Order Management and Quality/Risk Management.
The Clinical systems manager will ensure their teams are upholding regional standards for their module content, monitor service delivery across their teams, and guide the clinical systems change management activities. The manager will be involved in hiring and onboarding team members, and facilitating staff cross training.
The Clinical systems manager has an important role to play as a customer service lead to our ONE HITS member hospitals. Building and fostering relationships with the Informatics teams at the Member sites will be critical to success. This also includes participating and supporting regional governance through team working groups and clinical committees.
